Pavel Boer
Co-Founder | Research Scientist
Pavel is a Research Scientist with over two years of experience in biotechnology process development and scale-up. His work spans experimental design, process optimisation, analytical testing, and translating laboratory-scale processes towards larger-scale operation.
He brings a practical, hands-on perspective to process robustness: understanding whether a process is robust, how performance is measured, where material is lost, and what experimental evidence is still required before stronger technical or scale-up claims can be made.

Sebastian Hernandez Sierra
Co-Founder | Lead Process Engineer
Sebastian is a chemical and environmental engineer and currently a Lead Process Engineer at Samsara Eco, where he works on scaling novel separation and recycling technologies from laboratory development towards commercial deployment. He previously spent three years as a Senior Chemical Process Engineer and holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
His career has focused on bridging the gap between technologies that work in the laboratory and processes capable of operating in real industrial environments. His experience spans process development, manufacturing scale-up, process flow design, separation technologies, and commercialisation. Before Samsara Eco, he led technology development projects focused on translating novel separation technologies into scalable industrial solutions.
